Services
We provide information and platforms related to AI governance programmes, research, membership, donations, Academy learning, partner collaboration, and community initiatives. Separate programme, membership, or partner agreements may apply and prevail for those relationships.
Accounts & access
You are responsible for credentials issued to you (password, OTP, passkey, or Microsoft SSO). Do not share staff, partner, trainer, or learner access. We may suspend accounts that compromise security, violate acceptable use, or misuse services.
Acceptable use
You must not:
- Attempt unauthorized access or privilege escalation
- Abuse APIs, scrape behind authentication, or overload infrastructure
- Distribute malware, phishing, or unlawful content
- Misrepresent affiliation with WAIG Foundation
Intellectual property
Content, trademarks, curricula, assessments, and materials remain the property of World AI Governance (WAIG) Foundation or its licensors unless otherwise stated. Limited personal use for learning and citation is allowed with attribution; redistribution of proprietary curricula requires written permission.
Donations & payments
Donations and fee payments are processed by configured payment providers. Refunds, where applicable, follow the programme terms shown at checkout or in enrolment communications.
Disclaimer
Materials are provided for public education and capacity building "as is" without warranty except where required by law. Programme outcomes depend on organisational context and participant effort.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, WAIG Foundation is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from site or service use.
Governing considerations
These terms are interpreted in light of applicable law for a not-for-profit public-interest organisation. Mandatory consumer or data-protection rights are not excluded.
