Nomination for President

Leads execution of the Foundation's mission, programs, initiatives, partnerships, research, chapters, and operational activities, working closely with the Chairman and governing body.

Eligibility criteria

Candidates should demonstrate the following before submitting a nomination for President — WAIG Foundation.

  • ✓Proven leadership — Demonstrated leadership in AI Governance, Cybersecurity, GRC, Risk Management, Technology, or related fields.
  • ✓Professional contribution — Significant professional, academic, research, or industry contribution to the technology and governance ecosystem.
  • ✓Responsible AI understanding — Strong understanding of responsible and trustworthy AI principles and practice.
  • ✓Reputation & network — National and/or international reputation and professional network.
  • ✓Mission alignment — Commitment to the vision, mission, ethics, and objectives of WAIG Foundation.
  • ✓Strategic representation — Ability to contribute strategic direction and represent WAIG Foundation at national and international forums.
  • ✓Integrity & conduct — High standards of integrity, independence, and professional conduct.
